## Abstract A facile, rapid, and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of propoxur in insecticidal formulations, fortified water, vegetables, agricultural wastewater, and agricultural soil samples has been elaborated. The proposed method is based on the hydrolysis of propoxur un
