A case of live twin tubal ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound is presented. This is a rare occurrence and we have calculated the incidence to be ~ 1:125 000 pregnancies. There have been more than 100 case reports of twin tubal ectopic pregnancy but only four previous reports where
