C weekly

ABCM or M7 courses are repeated until the patient reaches plateau or relapses. However, if neutropenia < 1.8 x lo9/ or thrombocytopenia <80 x lo9/] persists for more than 6 weeks after a course the patient converts to C weekly. No more than 12 cycles of ABCM are given to any one patient.

Weekly cyclophosphamide is continued to plateau or relapse, unless the neutrophil count returns to greater than 1.8 x 1 09/1 and the platelet count to greater than 80 x lo9/] before two consecutive doses of cyclophosphamide. In this situation the patient should start or restart ABCM.
