## Abstract We used a recently developed test of spatial memory—the Four Mountains Test—to investigate the core cognitive processes underpinning topographical disorientation in patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment (a‐MCI) and mild Alzheimer's disease (AD). Performance of these clinical
