I enjoyed this account of an unusual delusional disorder. However, when uncommon syndromes such as this are given a literary label, the usual practice is to name them after the character affected (e.g. Othello, Muchausen, etc.). In this case, therefore, the proper term would be 'Penelope syndrome'.
