We definitely share many of the ideas and beliefs expressed by the author of the comment. We especially agree that participation in war may lead to severe post-traumatic reactions, some of which may last for years after the event and that clinicians have a responsibility to aid in rehabilitation of these war casualties. Unfortunately, however, the criticisms directed at the Koach Project appear to be based largely on a very fundamental misunderstanding of the nature and the aims of this project.
