A patient with chronic lymphocytic leuke-Both autologous and heterologous granulomia presented with recurrent episodes of cyte macrophage colony growth were severe neutropenia. This neutropenia was clearly inhibited by the patient's serum. This initially responsive to prednisone but evenis the first reported case of severe granutually became refractory.
