## Abstract ## BACKGROUND Randomized trials comparing neoadjuvant versus adjuvant chemotherapy show that primary chemotherapy allows more frequent breast‐preserving surgery even though no survival advantage has been demonstrated. The aim of the current study was to determine the predicting factors
