RESEARCH SUPPORT FOR MATHEMATICAL METHODS IN LOGISTICS
The Logistics and Mathematical Statistics Branch of the Office of Naval Research has announced that "Networks, Scheduling, and Combinatorial Methods" is the second topic of a program combining research support with a monograph series, Mathematical Methods in Logistics. The first topic was "Multistage Inventory Models" and a monograph on this topic is in preparation. The program is being conducted with the cooperation of The Institute of Management Sciences.
