โœฆ Synopsis


To evaluate information systems properly for their improvement is important. This study proposes the evaluation method for information systems based on Customer(User) Satisfaction. It applies to the information systems in the company. In this method, each factor with the degree of satisfaction is classified by its characteristic. Then, by the questionnaire, the importance and degree of the satisfaction of the users are measured and using the AHP technique, the total satisfaction is calculated. Moreover, it measures the degree of the satisfaction every physical satisfying level and then it proposes the direction of the improvement of the information system.
