Leukotriene D4 (LTD4) is a potent bronchoconstrictor and vasoactive mediator that has been implicated in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma. We have studied the effect of SK&F 104353-Z2, a specific LTD4 antagonist, on LTD4-induced bronchoconstriction in asthmatics. A total of 12 mild asthmatics (m
