✦ Synopsis

We appreciate Professor Celik's insight into the appropriateness of statistical expressions and analyses toward experimental data. Application of ANOVA or t-test on experimental data of sample size n < 30 is routinely done and accepted norm by most scientific journals on the presumption of normal distribution of variance. We have presented the numerical values as mean 6 standard deviation or error in our article, although medium values might have been more appropriate to be presented as Prof. Celik eluded. Our conclusions stand as published, regardless of the different statistical analysis. However, we will keep his good suggestions in mind in our future experiments and publications.
