The major pomt made IS that the use of partral antisymmetrization is not an approximation but an altemtive to the use of full antisymmetnzatlon m tbeones of electronic properties-Another point is that the unsymmetrical primitive wavefunction may bc calculated duectly rather than by resolution mto symmetry components. Some results for HHec are presented.
