Cardiac arrest in the catheterization laboratory is fatal if unresponsive to advanced cardiac life support (ACLS). Seven patients not responding to ACLS following cardiac arrest in the catheterization laboratory undarwent percutaneously instituted cardiopulmonary bypass support. Cardiac arrest occur
