If the tourist will hardly be satisfied with the information provided, those in the other 'organizations and businesses . . . considering Scotland as a location for their operations' certainly will not. The Introduction does indeed refer to 'much more detailed information and analyses for particular areas' that are available from the Meteorological Office, but perhaps some of the space occupied by photographs could have been used to give examples that would encourage businessmen to pursue enquiries. (It is not made clear that such analyses for special cases are charged for, although clear reference is made to special chargeable forecast services.
