Abstract

In this work, Raman spectra are presented from room temperature up to 800°C. Each spectrum is seen as a contribution of two processes—a ‘one‐phonon’ disordered process and a relaxation mode. The relaxation time associated with this mode shows a linear decrease with increasing temperature, going to zero as the melting point is approached.
