it is shown that the effect of two-particle, two-hole excitations tin be inctuded in a self-consisterit time-dependent Hartree-Fock model. Both corrected excitation energies and oscillator strengths are calculated. Especially the Singlet spectrum is influenced by thi: perturbation.
