## Abstract The macromolecular reguirements for the initiation and maintenance of macronuclear DNA replication were studied in heat synchronized __Tetrahymena pyriformis__ GLβC. Previous work had established that macronuclear S periods could occur in a consecutive fashion without intervening cell d

## Abstract The effect of EBVβconversion of two EBVβnegative lymphoma lines (Ramos and BJAB) on agarose clonability and tumorigenicity in nude mice was explored. The cloning frequency was increased in all 9 sublines investigated, between I.I and 4.9 times compared to the original βparentalβ lines.
