โฆ Synopsis
In this paper we investigate the problem of controlled synchronization as a regulator problem. In controlled synchronization one is given autonomous transmitter dynamics and controlled receiver dynamics. The question is to "nd a (output) feedback controller that achieves matching between transmitter and controlled receiver. Several variants of the problem where the standard solvability assumptions for the regulator problem are not met turn out to have a solution. Simulations on two standard synchronization examples are also included.

## Abstract In this paper, we prove the smooth conjugacy theorems of Sternberg type for random dynamical systems based on their Lyapunov exponents. We also present a stable and unstable manifold theorem with tempered estimates that are used to construct conjugacy. ยฉ 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
We present a method to analyze dynamical systems undergoing random perturbations based on the cell mapping approach. Analytical expressions are derived for the transition probabilities from the evolution operator of the system. Thus there is no need for simulation of randomness and the numerical app
