✦ Synopsis

Previous publications 1 from our laboratory have shown that biogenetic-type, asymmetric syntheses of some isoquinoline-and indole-alkaloids are successfully achieved from L-3-(3,4_dihydroxyphenyl)alanine (L-DOPA) and L-tryptophan, respectively.
