TRACE (time-resolved amplification of cryptate emission), also called HTRF for pharmaceutical applications, is a homogeneous time-resolved fluorescence technique well adapted for the study of molecular interactions. It is based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) between europium trisbi
