Zabicipril is a recently introduced angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, which has been observed in experimental animals to increase diuresis, natriuresis, glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and renal plasma flow (RPF). We have investigated the acute effects of zabicipril on systemic and ren
