✦ Synopsis


A method based on observer theory is presented for the construction of design equations for low-order controllers to provide H norm constraint for systems with real-parameter uncertainties. The multi-goal robust stability and performance problem is solved in terms of Riccati inequalities. A new design methodology is presented along with a numerical algorithm. An example is also included to demonstrate the proposed design method.
