Z u s a m m e n f a s s u n g Die Auswertung von umfangreichen Versuchsreihen zur Bestimmung von Kennlinienfeldem am Beispiel einer geriihrten Extraktionskolonne der Bauart Kiihni zeigt, daD die genaue Kenntnis der Fluiddynamik die wesentliche Grundlage zur Berechnung von Stoffaustauschvorgagen ist. Besonders kritisch ist dabei die Berechnung von Tropfengro-Ben, die nur eine Fehlerbreite von +/-10% aufweisen dad, um eine Genauigkeit der Kolonnenhohenberechnung von besser als +/-20% zu gewihleisten.
