✦ Synopsis

The usual Newtonian mechanics in physical space may be contrasted with the mechanics in material space originated by Eshelby. Reciprocity relations within the linear theory of elasticity play a prominent role in the former. In this communication, two novel analogous theorems have been established in Eshelbian mechanics for linearly elastic bodies.
