✦ Synopsis
Reactions of insertion of components serving as bridges between a pharmacologically active constituent and a water-soluble telomeric chain, were carried out. Model compounds containing hydroxyl, amine or carboxylic functions were studied. In each case a bifunctional compound could be found, which is capable of reacting with the model. The resulting products could be fixed on a telomer.
