✦ Synopsis

From a May 2018 workshop in Memphis, Tennessee, 13 invited articles include both surveys and original research papers on methods and developments in operator theory. The topics include Toeplitz kernels with finite rank truncated Toeplitz operators, some geometric properties of relative Chemshev centers in Banach spaces, when a finite sum of box operators on a JB*-triple is a Hermitian projection, results on topological properties of operations on function spaces, and statistical approximation by generalized unitary discrete operators.
