โœฆ Synopsis

The discovery of high T c superconductors with zero resistance at temperatures above 90 K opened up many exciting prospects for the application of superconducting materials. In China several institutes and universities have begun research work in this field. Here a brief description is given of some of the important areas of progress in this field in 1989.
