✦ Synopsis

The Recent Literature Section is given a new start and is now presented under a classified format. The classification of keywords is displayed below. This section is now supposed to appear four times a year. We restrict ourselves to published material under the form of books, edited volumes, journal articles, conferences and seminar proceedings and thesis dissertations, in English, French or German language. Working papers or research reports will be omitted, because some authors may be reluctant to release without control works which are not in their final form. Inevitably, some contributions will be missed and forgotten, especially those appearing in journals which usually do not publish this type of articles, or which are devoted to a specific application area. We urge concerned authors, or any reader aware of significant omissions, to send us the relevant information, so that it can be announced in this section.

The listing of references provided below basically covers years 1983 and 1984, and only touches upon previous years. In the future, the coverage will be more limited, andrestricted to newly published works.
