Abstract
Methods for the analysis and purification of lipophilic substances labelled with ^3^H or ^14^C are outlined. The necessity of using various techniques based on complementary principles is emphasized. In addition, new developments in instrumentation for the quantitative analysis and preparative isolation of labelled substances are described.
