The cops show up, they question Courtney, pressuring her to talk. When she doesnโt, they send her to a hospital in hopes that she will talk to a doctor/therapist about what has happened to her.
Thereโs something strange about Courtney, though her mother is happy that sheโs home after ten years something doesnโt set right with her. Courtney stays up all day/night, looking like a zombie of sorts and at night all she hears is the rocking of the chair that used to be Courtneyโs favorite chair when she was little.
