✦ Synopsis

The natural gas industry just got a wake-up call from Clifford P. Tomaszewski, director, office of natural gas, Depamnent of Energy: In an age of computers, modems, optical disks . . . the gas industry still relies on pencil, paper, forms, calculations and estimations that are virtually irrel- evant to current market needs.
