## Abstract A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor was used to study the interaction of human interleukinโ5 (hIL5) with its receptor. IL5 is a major growth factor in the production and activation of eosinophilis. The receptor for IL5 is composed of two subunits, ฮฑ and ฮฒ. The ฮฑ subunit provides
## Abstract RNA loopโloop complexes are motifs that regulate biological functions in both prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms. In __E. coli__, RNAI, an antisense RNA encoded by the ColE1 plasmid, regulates the plasmid replication by recognizing through loopโloop interactions RNAII, the RNA primer
We explored the use of a newly developed cuvettebased surface plasmon resonance (SPR) instrument (IBIS) to study peptide-protein interactions. We studied the interaction between the SH2 domain of lck and a phosphotyrosine peptide EPQY\*EEIPIYL which was immobilized on a sensor chip. No indications f
