Eingegangen am 17. Dezember 1974 cis-Tetracarbonylbis(dimethylphosphin)molybdan(O) (1) laBt sich mit n-Butyllithium deprotonieren. Das dabei gebildete Dilithiumsalz cis-Mo(CO),(Me,PLi), (2) reagiert rnit a,o-Dihalogenalkanen zu den bislang unbekannten Chelatkomplexen zweizahniger Liganden des Typs cis-Mo(CO),{ PMe,[CH,].PMe,} (n = 3 -6). Uberraschenderweise liefert die Reaktion von 2 mit Dichlormethylphosphin bzw. -arsin nicht die erwarteten Komplexe des Triphosphans Me,P -PMe -PMe, bzw. Diphosphinoarsins Me,P -AsMe -PMe,, sondern neuartige Chelatringsysteme des bisher unbekannten Tetraphosphans Me,P-PMe -PMe-PMe, bzw. 1,2-Diphosphinodiarsans Me,P -AsMe -AsMe -PMe,. Reactions of Coordinated Ligands, 11 ') Synthesis of Novel Chelate Ring Systems: Reactions of the Dilithium Salt cis-Mo(CO),(Me,PLi), with Bifunctional Halogen Compounds cis-Tetracarbonylbis(dimethylphosphine)molybdenum(O) (I) is deprotonated with n-butyllithium to give the dilithio salt cis-Mo(CO),(Me,PLi), (2). This reacts with a,w-dihaloalkanes to afford the previously unknown chelate complexes of the type cis-Mo(CO),{PMe,[CH,I,PMe,} (n = 3-6).
