Abstract
The effectiveness of the ‘conventional’ approach to helping children with dyslexia to acquire literacy has been questioned by Reynolds et al. (Dyslexia 2003). Data are presented in this reply to support the effectiveness of Reading Intervention, a conventional approach to teaching reading delayed children. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
