✦ Synopsis
A~tract--There is a description of the formation of complexes of copper(Ill with ethylene diamine ligands bound by chemical bonds to copolymers of glycidyl acrylate-ethylenedimethacrylate and glycidyl acrylate-methylene-bis-acrylamide. The presence of the [CulR~CH2CH(OH).CH:NH(CH2)2NHz', 2 (NO3)3] chelate, where R is a polymeric matrix or the OH group in a model compound, was verified by conductometric, potentiometric and u.v. and i.r. measurements. Using a polymer analogue reaction. N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-amino-l.2-propanediol has been synthesized as a model compound.
