We reported the synthesis of trithiocyclopropenyl cation as a new electron system.

1 In view of its intriguing structure, search on the reaction behaviors of the trithiocyclopropenyl cation is expected to be of interest. We wish to report, here, the reactions of tri-t-butylthiocyclopropenyl cation (I) with same nucleophiles.
