An efficient protocol for the one‐pot reaction of isatoic anhydride (=1,2‐dihydro‐4__H__‐3,1‐benzoxazine‐2,4‐dione), primary alkylamines, and heterocumulenes (isothiocyanates and isocyanates) in H~2~O catalyzed by magnetically recoverable Fe~3~O~4~ nanoparticles is described.
