✦ Synopsis

The problem of stationary spectra of Langmuir, l, and electromagnetic, t, waves excited in a magnetic trap (loop) by a group of suprathermal electrons, whose velocity distribution includes a 'loss cone', is considered. Within the framework of weak turbulence theory, accurate spectra of/-and t-waves are found. These spectra have the form of thin rays in wavevector space. Forms of plasma emission radio lines of a homogeneous source near the plasma frequency and its second harmonic are determined.
