✦ Synopsis

A new, straightforward and systematic approach to construct rahonal-exponential solutions ~s proposed. The method is based on the formal perturbation theory. Explicit rational-exponential solutions for the two-dimensional elliptic sme Gordon and Korteweg<le Vnes equations are constructed. The method used is quite general and applicable to most nonhnear evolution equations, including certain mulhdlmensional equattons.
