✦ Synopsis
A distribution-free test ie conaidered for Ming thefreatmenteffecta in block designs with different cell frequencies. A teet statistic whioh is a function of treatment ranks has been proposed which is distributed as chi-square for large samples. The null distribution of the teat etatietic has been obtained. The entire prooedure haa been explained by a numerical example. Key w d s : Two-factor analysis ; Distribution-free.
