Transvaginal color Doppler was used to assess circulation in pelvic vessels in a group of 64 patients including 15 patients with fertility problems, 18 patients with pelvic tumors, 2 cases of suspected ectopic pregnancy, and 29 pregnant patients with fetuses between 6 weeks and 10 weeks, menstrual a

β¦ Synopsis
We review various narrow-band range-Doppler imaging methods that have been proposed for radar and highlight the difficulties in their implementation and their limitations. We also present two new imaging schemes. The first involves the transmission of multiplexed chirps, and the second involves simple frequency division multiplexing. The second approach seems to yield the most promising range-Doppler imaging methods.

## Abstract __Background.__ Conventional techniques of laryngoscopy for vocal cord palsy can sometimes be difficult or impossible to perform, and Bβmode realβtime ultrasonography has been previously reported by the authors to be helpful in these situations. In some cases, however, Bβmode ultrasonog
