## Abstract This paper reports on the synthesis and characterization of polyurethane networks based on an α,ω‐dihydroxytelechelic poly(2‐chloroethyl vinyl ether) (PCEVE precursor, type I) and on PCEVE with 2‐hydroxyethyl groups statistically distributed along the chains (PCEVE precursor, type II).
