We have studied the self-capacitance dependence of zero-bias resistance in two-dimensional arrays of highly resistive small tunnel junctions. All samples showed the square-root-cusp temperature dependence, which is inherent in the precursor of Kosterlitz-Thouless (KT) transition of charge, in a limi
