We characterized the secondary structure of a therapeutic recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody (rhuMAb), formulated with different concentrations of sucrose, trehalose, and histidine and in solution, lyophilized, and spray-dried states. Quantitative secondary structure estimates were obtained u

β¦ Synopsis
First-order Raman scattering from nuclear grade graphites, highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG), and grafoil are reported. Spectral parameters such as band positions and bandwidths. and their correlations with domain size values are presented. The dependence between the intensity ratio of the Raman D and G bands and the domain size L,, show inversely proportional behavior. However, the slope of the line fitted to the experimental points is different from previously reported results Key Words-Raman spectroscopy, graphite.

## Abstract A series of graphitized carbon materials, produced by the pyrolysis of an anthraceneβbased coke at temperatures ranging from 1600 to 2900 Β°C, were studied by Raman microspectroscopy to assess the applicability of this technique to the particular case of polished carbon materials. The po
