โฆ Synopsis
Raman spectra ~fcrystaliine carub~n sufphide [C,Sz) were nlE3sured ai 77ยฐK frmx 10 to 2200 cm-' _ Bands w+gned to components of.thr first overtone (2~~) of Y 7, the centrat carbon bending mode, were observed at 236 and 244 cm-'. The spectra :?rc discussed in terms of possible structures of crystrtlline C3S2, and the form of the V? potential of CzSl in the solid is considered.
