โœฆ Synopsis

The Raman spectrum of single-crystalline rutile tin dioxide (SnO 2 ) nanobelts synthesized by thermal evaporation of tin powders was studied. Three Raman shifts (474, 632, 774 cm ร€1 ) showed the typical feature of the rutile phase of the as-synthesized SnO 2 nanobelts. It was found that two infrared (IR)-active modes (313 and 690 cm ร€1 ) appeared in Raman spectrum and some peaks were broadened.

The phase transitions of [N(C 3 H 7 ) 4 ] 2 Cd 2 Cl 6 have been evidenced by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and the different phases have been studied by Raman scattering on single crystals, in the frequency range 50-3900 cm -1 for temperatures ranging between 294 and 451 K. On heating, tw
