✦ Synopsis

Raman scattering studies of Cu,PS,Hal (Hal = Cl, Br, I) fast-ion conducting single crystals are reported. General, though not explicit, assignment of the vibrations is performed. LO-TO splitting of the high-frequency internal vibrations of Psianions is observed. Raman studies of mixed Cu,P(Se,S, _x)5I and Cu,P(Se,S, _=),Br crystals exhibit complicated compositional behaviour.
