โฆ Synopsis
Abstract
To simplify the purification of radiolabeled compounds, a novel strategy that combines the advantages of polymer chemistry and organotrifluoroborate chemistry was examined. It was discovered that the noโcarrierโadded radioiodination of readily prepared Dowexโsupported organotrifluoroborates can be successfully achieved using a variety of oxidants, including a polymerโsupported oxidant.
