Abstract
We propose a frequency down‐conversion system in this letter. The system produces signals with 200 MHz, 2.4 GHz, 4.8 GHz, and 5 GHz frequencies by loading 2.4 and 5 GHz signals. By the reactions of the double sideband modulation using two Mach‐Zehnder modulators. Filter out the specific signal with optical bandpass filter to achieve the effect for down‐conversion. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
